  Our Pastor, Elder Alonza Green Jr was born to the union of Franklin and Irene Green in the year of 1953. He is married to 1st Lady Harriet Green for 38 years on August 19, 2010 to this union they have 5 children which one is deceased, Jason Lee Green, also including Latonya Jackson, Alonza Green III, Emmanuel Green, and Shanika Green. He attended Mason’s Bible College in Memphis and is a graduate of W.L Porter Leadership Institution of Jackson TN. He also attended bible study courses from the late Bishop M. J. Sykes. Elder Green has also been the pastor of Fountain of Life Church of God In Christ for 24 years. Our pastor has a great love for God and his word, he has a burning desire to teach those under his leadership the true word of God. Our pastor institutes many outreach ministries including: the food pantry ministry, women support ministry, youth outreach ministry, leadership training, sick and shut in, and the benevolent fund. He is also in the process of getting additional facilities built for the youth in the church, the community, and the surrounding areas. He also has a bus ministry for the church so the people without transportation will have access to the word.
